Marika is a result-driven and experienced project manager with demonstrated skills in project management, communications, investor relations and sustainability. Her strengths include leading, managing and implementing change and development in communications and sustainability from working in large international and listed companies and various community involvement.
Marika holds a degree. in M.Sc. Real Estate Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and has also studied at National University of Singapore. Most recently, she held a position as Director, Fund Management at the privately owned real estate company Grosvenor, with responsibilities for investor relations and overall sustainability work in Sweden. Marika also has many years of experience from working at a listed company from her time as IR & Sustainability Manager at the hotel property company Pandox where she developed and successfully implemented a sustainability program, initiated several CSR projects as well as secured efficient methods for follow-up and to track progress against sustainability targets etc.
Marika has a problem-solving approach, a high level of creativity and a deep passion to drive positive change and to tackle environmental and social challenges.
